The current 8-week sessions will be effectiveMay 15 until July 5, 2018. These will be the last sessions before September.

 The daytime classes (Chair Strength, Energizing Chair & Seniors' Yoga) will continue until June 22. After which, only Tues & Thurs Chair Yoga will be available until the end of August. The full schedule will resume in September.
