Feel restored and strengthened in both mind and body! Come out and meet other moms with this informal drop-in class geared for moms and babies up to 2 years. We focus on relieving stress, rebuilding core and overall strength,  and bonding with baby. Perfect for beginners! Participants must be at least 4-6 weeks postpartum. Please consult your physician before starting should you have any concerns about exercise after birth.

For kids in Kindergarten to Grade 3, this program fosters self-esteem, emotional and physical awareness through calming techniques, basic yoga poses and sequences. We learn the foundations of yoga through fun games and activities that will pique kids' creativity and inspire a love of movement.

This 10-week program runs from October 6-December 8.

YogaExplorers (K-3)

YogaTots (3-5yrs)
Not currently offered

A 6-week program for toddlers 3-5, YogaTots teaches children calming techniques and basic yoga poses to improve strength, coordination and flexibility. This kids' yoga class blends yoga poses with silly games, music and storytelling for a playful sensory experience. Parents must stay during class and are welcome (but not required) to participate. While the starting age is 3, there are some 2.5 year olds who enjoy this class. Every child is different. Feel free to bring your almost-3-year-old for a class.
