Rock Your Curves Yoga

Get ready to crash those yoga stereotypes. Yoga is for ALL people - even for those with abundant bodies. This 6-week workshop-style class is designed to both nurture and encourage you toward greater overall wellness.

  • Explore basic yoga poses in an affirming and safe environment
  • Build strength and increase flexibility gradually and naturally
  • We will use chairs, the wall and other props for ultimate support
  • Banish Automatic Negative Thoughts through mindfulness and breathing exercises 
  • Encourage self-acceptance and boost confidence!
$60 before June 6
$70 after deadline

Please note that the 7-8pm slot is currently full. There are plenty of spots available for 5:30-6:30pm.
